Homebuyers Reports (HBR)
Why choose Andrews Eades for your Homebuyers Report (HBR)?
A Homebuyers Report is a type of pre-purchase survey but with a slightly lower level of detail included than our full building surveys. Nevertheless, an HBR would still cover all the main elements of the building, its grounds and its utilities / services.
Our HBRs are presented using the RICS HBR template, which includes a traffic light rating system to help identify any issues and how serious they are considered to be. A selection of photographs is also included to help illustrate the identified issues.
Please note, if your property pre-dates 1945 then we would recommend that you have a full building survey as the construction details and materials and vary significantly in older properties, and thus our bespoke building survey is better structured to deal with such properties.
Every surveyor in our team that undertakes HBRs is a chartered building surveyor registered with the RICS, and therefore has the expert level of knowledge and experience required to undertake such surveys.
