The brief on this project was to provide an extension to the rear incorporating a modern kitchen and dining room, along with the provision of a first floor ensuite.

Additionally, the remainder of the property was refurbished and remodelled to provide a contemporary, light and functional space.

Andrews Eades Chartered Surveyors were also able to include a covered balcony, complete with modern glass balustrade, to the rear of the master bedroom for our client to help them make the most of the rear garden aspect.
